Polysure is part of the prestigious Sure Vinyl Group, United Kingdom. The group has diversified businesses but the flagship products of the group are into manufacturing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, profiles and its related products for the past 20 years.

In its vision to be a global company and also looking at the potential that India offers in terms of both consumption as well as production benefits, Sure Vinyl has ventured into manufacturing of PVC pipes and profiles in India under the brand name “Polysure”.

A success of any venture is dependant on the 3 important factors which we call it a 3P's ie Planning, Process and People.

Planning

After thorough research and looking at the various facilities and benefits being offered, Polysure decided to start its manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Also, pains were taken in deciding the entire plan of the manufacturing unit keeping in mind the existing capability and looking at the scalability need of future, the entire design was created and the entire unit was up and running within the stipulated time.

Process

If planning and achieving a goal is one thing then ensuring that the target is achieved every time is completely dependent on the processes that are laid down. The experience of over 20+ years in this industry combined with global reach, well planned and stringent processes were laid down to ensure strong inspection of quality right from raw material stage to its manufacturing flow and till its final delivery and further if needed. Also, this process are constantly monitored and necessary steps are taken to make the flow much smoother, minimise wastage and have optimum utilization of resources and manpower.

People

No amount of planning and process can succeed if the people are not well equipped and trained for the same. Also, People are considered to be the biggest assets of our company and hence every employee is looked upon as a part of the ever-growing family and all the efforts are taken to train them at regular intervals to bring out the best in them for their personal and company growth combined.
