Polysure CPVC Pipes & Fittings are the perfect solution for hot and cold water distribution requirements in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Produced from a unique blend of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), they possess the perfect physical properties desirable for hassle free piping applications.

Polysure produces CPVC plumbing pipes in ‘Copper Tube Size’ and available sizes range from 15 mm (1/2”) to 50 mm (2”) conforming to the norms of ASTM D 2846 & IS:15778 meant for SDR 11 & 13.5. Fittings meet the requirements of ASTM D 2846 in Copper tube sizing.

Polysure also produces CPVC pipes in ‘Iron Pipe Size’ (IPS) from 65 mm (2.1/2") to 150 mm (6") which meet the requirement of SCH - 40 and SCH - 80 of ASTM F 441 and fittings manufactured as per ASTM F 439 in ‘Iron Pipe Size’ (IPS).

The pipes are plain ended and available in standard lengths of 3 metres and 5 metres with various pressure ratings as well as temperatures.

Although the pipes have similar physical properties, the classes differ in wall thicknesses and therefore at any given temperature their pressure ratings will differ.
